Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair styling, cutting, and coloring services while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions.
Perform hair threading and barbering techniques as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations.
Utilize MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
Assist in retail sales by promoting hair care products that enhance client satisfaction.
Demonstrate knowledge of retail math to manage inventory effectively.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to foster a positive salon environment.
Skills
Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles and techniques.
Proficient in hair styling, cutting, coloring, hair extensions, barbering, and hair threading.
Experience in retail sales with the ability to promote products effectively.
Familiarity with MINDBODY software for scheduling and client management is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
Attention to detail with a commitment to sanitation and cleanliness standards.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $19.08 – $21.20 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
