We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for every client. Your creativity and expertise will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their desired looks.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, color theory, and techniques.
Provide additional services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair extensions as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
Utilize MINDBODY or similar software for appointment scheduling and store management.
Deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations within the salon.
Experience
Valid cosmetology license is required.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a related role is preferred.
Familiarity with barbering techniques is a plus.
Experience with straight razor cutting is advantageous.
Knowledge of color theory and application techniques is essential.
Previous experience with eyelash extensions and nail care services is desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Pay: $17.00 – $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
