Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and preferences.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for color treatments.
Perform hair extensions and eyelash extensions as requested by clients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace.
Manage appointments using salon software to ensure efficient scheduling.
Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Stay informed about new trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
Assist in store management tasks as needed to support overall salon operations.
Skills
Proficient in cosmetology practices with a valid cosmetology license.
Strong understanding of color theory and application techniques.
Experience with straight razor techniques for precision cutting.
Knowledge of nail care services is a plus.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs.
Experience with upselling products and services to boost sales.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment management is beneficial.
Expertise in hair extensions application methods is preferred.
A creative mindset with an eye for detail in styling and finishing techniques.
