Join our team as a Hair Stylist at our upscale salon. We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for hair styling and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients based on their requests and preferences
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and desires
– Upsell salon services and products to enhance the client experience
– color treatments, and hair cutting services
– Utilize color theory to create customized hair color solutions
– Proficiently use salon software, such as Meevo for scheduling and client management
– Offer outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction
– Mentor junior stylists to foster growth and development in the salon
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of previous work
– Proficiency in color theory, and hairstyling techniques
– Familiarity with salon software like Meevo for appointment scheduling
– Front desk experience is a plus
– Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
– Strong customer service orientation to provide a welcoming and professional salon experience
