Our salon is looking for two creative and detail-oriented licensed hair stylists. The Senior Stylist (5+ years behind the chair, on the floor, with a local following) and Stylist 2 (3+ years behind the chair, on the floor, with a local following). Candidates are passionate about hair. Must perform men and women’s haircuts, styling, color and highlighing. Extension work is a plus. No perms or children’s services-we are adult services only. The ideal candidate will want to work 4-5 days per week, be customer service oriented, always striving for excellence, and open to continuing to learn and perfect our craft. We are looking for motivated professionals who can contribute to the overall success of our team. Generous commission with room for growth. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
Perform various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and hair extensions.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology and hair care.
Mentor junior stylists and assist with retail sales of hair care products.
