We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the salon. You will utilize your creativity and expertise in hairstyling techniques to meet the diverse needs of our clientele, enhancing their beauty and confidence.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Provide makeup application services as requested by clients.
Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to create customized color solutions.
Apply hair extensions and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace.
Assist at the front desk as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records using salon software.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, barbering, and beauty techniques.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology or barbering license required.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Proficiency in various hairstyling techniques including straight razor cuts.
Experience with makeup application is a plus.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Knowledge of color theory and application methods.
Ability to perform eyelash extensions and hair extensions is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Pay: $15.00 – $27.74 per hour
