We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles that enhance our clients’ appearance and confidence while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable salon experience.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences.
Utilize advanced techniques such as straight razor cutting and hair extensions to achieve desired looks.
Perform makeup application and nail care services as needed, offering clients a full-service experience.
Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to sanitation standards to ensure client safety.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
Upsell salon products and additional services to enhance the client experience.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques through continuous education.
Utilize salon software, such as MINDBODY, for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques with a strong understanding of current trends.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience with barbering techniques is a plus.
Knowledge of makeup application and nail care is desirable.
Strong upselling abilities to promote products and services effectively.
Familiarity with salon software systems for efficient appointment management.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual creativity.

Pay: $19.99 – $50.00 per hour
