9K Hair Studio strives to be an authentic & elegant experience unlike any other you’ve experienced each time you come for your appointment. We are now seeking Hair Stylist who are wanting to become a member of this winning team.
As a hair stylist, you should have comprehensive knowledge about different hairstyles, and how to create a certain look for your clients. Ultimately, a top-notch hair stylist should keep abreast of new and emerging hairstyles and trends.
Hair Stylist Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients and consulting with them on their desired hairstyles.
Cutting and trimming hair according to clients’ instructions.
Styling hair using chemical solutions and styling tools.
Washing and conditioning clients’ hair.
Providing hair treatments and coloring.
Ensuring that combs, scissors, razors, and other instruments are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Supervising apprentices and trainees.
Give clients advice on how to maintain a hairstyle or look
Providing hairstyle suggestions to clients.
Hair Stylist Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
State cosmetology license.
Sound knowledge of current hairstyles and trends.
The ability to follow instructions.
The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
All team members must pay booth rent weekly. Booth rent is due every Tuesday by 9:00 AM each week. If payment is received after 9:00 AM Tuesday, there will be a $20.00 per day late fee added to your rent. If booth rent is not received within two weeks your position can be terminated.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: $12.00 – $38.00 per hour

Del City, OK 73115: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Barbering License (Preferred)
Cosmetology License (Required)
