We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair care and styling techniques, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services while ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for our clients. Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Utilize techniques such as eyelash lifts, eyelash extensions, and hair extensions to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of color theory to provide clients with the best options for their hair color needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to ensure high-quality service.
Manage appointments using MINDBODY software for efficient scheduling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area and tools.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon setting.
Strong skills in retail sales and upselling techniques.
Proficiency in straight razor techniques is preferred.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to jbuild rapport with clients.
Experience in store management is a plus but not required.

Pay: $10.00 – $20.00 per hour
