Utilize straight razors and barbering techniques to achieve desired looks.
Apply hair extensions and perform hair threading as requested by clients.
Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing tools and workstations after each client.
Use salon software for appointment scheduling and client management
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proficiency in straight razor techniques, barbering, hair extensions, hair threading, and nail care.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Familiarity with salon software for managing appointments and client records is preferred.
