Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
Engage with clients to understand their desired outcomes and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.
Upsell additional services or products that align with client needs, enhancing their overall experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, and salon techniques.
Utilize salon software such as gloss genius for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a portfolio showcasing your skills in hair styling, blowdrying, and smoothing treatments
Proficiency in using salon software; familiarity wit is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in executing various styles and techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Knowledge of current trends in hair care and styling techniques.
A valid cosmetology license is required.
