Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling, while demonstrating expertise in color theory and application techniques.
Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to salon cleanliness standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or certification required.
Proven experience in hair styling, with skills in hair extensions, color theory, and makeup application preferred.
Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service
Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting products to clients.
