Utilize salon software to manage appointments and client records efficiently.
Stay updated on hair trends and techniques
Mentor junior stylists and assist with front desk operations as needed.
Promote retail products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Qualifications
Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Proficient in hair styling techniques and trends
Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in cosmetology
Strong communication skills for effective client interaction
