Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to each client’s needs.
Sanitate tools and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Utilize MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently.
Engage in retail sales of beauty products, providing recommendations based on client preferences.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members when necessary.
Maintain knowledge of current trends in hair styling, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Ensure excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification required.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
