Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and delivering personalized hair styling services.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards.
Utilize salon software for scheduling and managing appointments.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, color theory, and techniques
Mentor junior stylists and assist with retail sales to enhance the overall salon experience.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in hair styling and cosmetology
Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards
Experience with color theory
Familiarity with general salon software
Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior stylists
Retail sales experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
