Job Description:
We are seeking a couple of talented and passionate Professional Hairstylists to join our dynamic team. As a member of Caroline’s Salon, you will have the opportunity to work in a prestigious and vibrant salon known for its excellence and luxurious services with a fast-growing and loyal client base.

Compensation range: $50,000-$150,000
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing.
Uphold the salon’s reputation for excellence and luxury.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a professional hairstylist in a high-end salon.
Excellent knowledge of hairdressing techniques and products.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
A creative and artistic mindset with an eye for detail.
Relevant certifications and licenses as required by the state.
