Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented, passionate, and creative Hair Stylist to join the 888 Salon team! As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for offering high-quality services, building loyal clientele, and contributing a fresh perspective to our salon.
We are looking for a hairstylist to rent a chair or work on a commission base.
Chair Rental Options:
3-Month Term: $950/month
6-Month Term: $850/month
This option allows you to commute to the salon as needed based on your clients’ appointments.
Commission Option:
Commission Rate: 60% – 75%
This option requires you to live within 5 miles of the salon.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
Provide top-tier customer service.
Promote and upsell salon products.
Be punctual, prepared, and ready for each of your client’s appointments.
Cultivate a fun, warm, and welcoming environment that makes every client feel special.
Requirements:
Fluency in English is required.
Must be available to start immediately.
Our clientele primarily books online, so self-marketing and client-building will be key to your success.
A valid barbering or cosmetology license.
Previous experience as a professional Hair Stylist.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
