We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and processing payments.
Utilize salon software for appointment management and client records.
Assist in retail sales by promoting hair care products that complement services provided.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the salon environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work atmosphere and enhance client satisfaction.
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques with a strong understanding of color theory.
Experience with straight razor cutting techniques is a plus.
Knowledge of retail math to effectively manage product sales and inventory.
Familiarity with salon software for efficient appointment scheduling and client management.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to manage store operations, including front desk duties and customer service excellence.
Experience in nail care is an added advantage but not required.
A valid cosmetology license is required for this position.
