Note: This is a commission-based position with a range of 50-60%. If you have an existing (following) clientele, we may offer the upper end of the range.
Responsibilities
Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair to meet client specifications.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Engage in retail sales by upselling products that complement the services provided.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
A passion for continuous learning and improvement.
