We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our small town salon. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair care and styling, along with exceptional customer service skills. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our clients. Your creativity and expertise will help clients look and feel their best. This position is for Booth Rental.
Responsibilities
Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, color theory, and techniques.
Requirements
Current NC Cosmetology License.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with front desk operations.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and non-verbally with clients and team members.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene in the workplace.
