We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch client experiences and maintaining a supportive team culture. We are currently seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
Greet clients and assist with check-in
Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for services
Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon stations and common areas
Launder towels, capes, and linens
Refill supplies and keep inventory organized
Assist stylists and colorists as needed during services
Learn to formulate colors/assist in application & foil placements
Program is designed to build new stylists confidence as they work their way to a chair full tim!
Requirements:
Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Previous salon experience is a plus but not required
Cosmetology license or enrollment in a cosmetology program is preferred
