We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling beautiful and satisfied. You will be responsible for a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling, while also promoting additional services and products. A strong focus on customer service and maintaining a welcoming salon environment is essential.
Responsibilities
Perform a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and applying hair extensions.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health regulations.
Use salon software such as Vagaro for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, answering phones, and managing retail sales.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Stay updated on current trends in hair styling techniques and products.
Skills
Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including knowledge of hair extensions.
Familiarity with retail math to effectively manage product sales.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Attention to detail in both technical skills and sanitation practices.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $22.02 – $26.15 per hour
