Currently we are seeking a licensed cosmetologist to rent a chair in our Salon who has a clientele following! Someone who possess a diverse skill set in various beauty services, including hair styling, hair coloring, hair cuts, up do’s, etc. Our business is growing and we need someone to grow with us. Looking for someone who can appreciate that we have very high standards for our clients and who has a positive, hard-working attitude who can join our wonderful team! Responsibilities
Perform a range of beauty services including including hair styling, hair coloring, hair cuts, clipper cuts, up do’s, etc.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety standards.
Utilize color theory knowledge to achieve desired hair color results for clients.
Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and increase sales.
Manage appointments effectively.
Stay informed about new techniques and trends in the beauty industry to continually improve skills.
Requirements
Chair Rental. Must bring own clientele.
Valid cosmetology license in accordance with state regulations.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and team members.
A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
