At Studio 3H we are seeking a talented and driven Commission Hairstylist to join our dynamic team. As a Commission Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our clients while operating within a commission-based compensation structure.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide hair cutting, styling, and coloring services based on client consultations and requests.
– Stay updated on current hairstyle trends and techniques to ensure clients receive modern and fashionable looks.
– Recommend hair care products and treatments to clients to maintain hair health and enhance styling results.
– Uphold salon cleanliness and hygiene standards.
– Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and personalized attention.
– Handle client inquiries, appointments, and payments efficiently.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve salon goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Hairstylist with a strong portfolio of previous work.
– Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques for various hair types and textures.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced salon environment.
– Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and techniques.
– Valid cosmetology license (required).
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with a diverse range of hair textures and styles.
– Additional certifications or training in specialized techniques (e.g., balayage, extensions).
– Experience using salon software for bookings and client management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.75 – $30.00 per hour
