Rococo Hair Co. Santa Fe is looking for an experienced & talented Hair Stylist to add to our team!

Responsibilities:
Provide hair services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients
Upsell salon products and services to clients
Assist with front desk duties as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience in modern services like balayage, highlights, and hair cutting in various styles, lengths, and textures.
Excellent customer service and communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients
Strong sales skills and ability to upsell salon products and services
Great work ethic, punctuality, and reliable transportation
Enjoys working in a supportive, drama-free environment
Schedule Availability:
Our Stylists set their own schedules- you can choose which days you work and how many hours.However, we are only considering applicants who can work at least 1 weekend day.
Pay:
50% commission for services
10% commission for products
Weekly direct deposit
Requirements:
Current New Mexico Cosmetology License
At least 2 years of experience behind the chair as a Hair Stylist
Must be fully confident & competent doing modern foil services without supervision
Available to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays
