Responsibilities
Provide hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and inventory management.
Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Offer advice on hair care products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
Extensions
Coloring services
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Engage with clients at the front desk, ensuring an excellent customer experience from arrival to departure.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, barbering, and hair extensions.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within a salon environment is preferred.
Proficiency in using straight razors for precision cuts is highly desirable.
Familiarity with various hair styling techniques including barbering and hair extensions.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience with salon software is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
A passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge within the team is beneficial.
