We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various hair services and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while helping clients achieve their desired looks in a welcoming and professional environment.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions.
Utilize techniques such as hair threading and straight razor cutting to deliver high-quality results.
Maintain knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades for their hair.
Offer makeup application services as needed, enhancing the overall client experience.
Use salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and inventory management.
Mentor junior stylists and assist with training new team members to uphold salon standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and understanding their needs.
Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and processing payments.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area to provide a safe and inviting atmosphere.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
Proficiency in various hair techniques including barbering, coloring, and styling.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Familiarity with salon software is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on current trends and techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: From $19.42 per hour
