Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist in store management tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and understand their desired outcomes.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty techniques.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Proficiency in various hairstyling techniques, including straight razor cuts.
Experience with hair threading and hair extensions is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management is a plus.
Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting products effectively.
