Duties
Provide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, coloring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Perform care services, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of tools and work areas.
Utilize Vagaro or similar salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Execute hair threading techniques for precise hair removal as requested by clients.
Be prepare for special occasions or events.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation standards.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty techniques to provide clients with innovative services.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
Assist in store management tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the salon.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a valid cosmetology license.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and straight razor usage.
Familiarity with salon software such as Vagaro is preferred but not required.
Experience in nail care services is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the salon environment.
