As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services while ensuring client satisfaction and promoting retail products.
Responsibilities
Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cuts when appropriate.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Educate clients on hair care products and services, driving retail sales through knowledgeable recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, techniques, and products to provide clients with innovative options.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license is required.
Proven experience in hair styling with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in straight razor cutting techniques is an advantage.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is desirable.
Ability to sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards consistently.
