Summary
As a Hair Stylist at Brian Chapman Hair Salon, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality hair services to our clients. This role allows you to showcase your creativity and expertise in hair styling while contributing to our salon’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
Provide expert hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to client needs.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and products.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair fashion and techniques to provide innovative services.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with salon standards.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently.
Mentor junior stylists or trainees as needed, sharing your expertise in hair care techniques.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
MUST have a following of clients
Valid cosmetology license with proven experience in hair styling.
Strong knowledge of color theory and application techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Familiarity with salon software for appointment management is a plus.
Creative flair with an eye for detail in hairstyling.
