We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. We have a Chair available for rent
As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your creativity and expertise will help clients achieve their desired looks, making them feel confident and beautiful.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Ensure all tools and workstations are properly sanitized and maintained for client safety.
Offer additional services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application as needed.
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and providing personalized recommendations.
Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments through MINDBODY software.
Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and best practices.
Engage in store management tasks as required, ensuring the salon runs smoothly.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to continuously enhance your skills.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Proficiency in barbering techniques, including straight razor skills.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
