Duties
Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims using various techniques, including straight razor methods.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized styling recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and work areas in compliance with health regulations.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Stay updated on current trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Proficient in various hair styling techniques and tools, including straight razors.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an understanding of upselling strategies.
Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all practices.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for client interactions.
