As a Hair Stylist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients. Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness by sanitizing tools and workstations after each use.
Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client requests and offering professional advice on hair care products and techniques.
Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Utilize GlossGenius software for appointment scheduling, client management, and tracking sales.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development through guidance and support.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques to provide clients with contemporary looks.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Proficiency in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is preferred.
Knowledge of hair threading and is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with GlossGenius or similar salon management software is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
Ability to mentor others while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
