Job Overview:

We are looking for licesened professionals ready to start their career. As a Stylist Assistant, you will work closely with experienced stylists to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
– Assist stylists with various tasks such as shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients for services
– Maintain salon cleanliness and organization
– Greet and attend to clients in a professional and friendly manner
– Support retail sales by recommending products and assisting clients with purchases
– Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management
– Assist with color theory applications under the guidance of senior stylists
– Upsell salon services and products to enhance the client experience
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
– cosmetology student or licesened stylist
– Ability to perform upselling techniques effectively
