Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional grooming services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will be responsible for delivering a range of hair cutting and styling services while also offering additional beauty treatments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
Duties
Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims using various techniques, including straight razor methods.
Provide hair styling services tailored to individual client preferences.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment by following health and safety regulations.
Upsell products and services to enhance the overall client experience.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
Qualifications
Valid barbering license or certification in the state of NJ.
Proven experience in barbering with a portfolio showcasing your skills in hair styling and grooming.
Proficiency in using various barbering tools and equipment, including straight razors and clippers.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $500.00 – $2,500.00 per week
