We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon team at Sit Still Kids Salon. Duties
Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, etc.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation to ensure the health and safety of clients.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Engage with children and parents to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and boost sales.
Mentor junior stylists and assist with front desk operations as needed.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair care to provide informed suggestions to clients.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized after each use.
Qualifications
Valid Idaho cosmetology or barber license
Proficiency in various hair techniques including color application and cutting styles
Experience with retail sales and upselling products in a salon environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
