As a Hairstylist, you will provide exceptional hair care and styling services to our clients, helping them achieve their desired looks and enhancing their overall appearance. Your expertise and passion for hairstyling will contribute to creating a positive and satisfying salon experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of hair services, including haircuts, blowouts, hairstyling, coloring, highlights, extensions, and treatments, based on clients’ preferences and requests.
Consult with clients to understand their desired looks, offering professional advice and suggestions to achieve the best results.
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hairstyling industry to provide clients with innovative and up-to-date services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workstation, including tools, equipment, and product inventory.
Ensure client satisfaction by actively listening to their needs, addressing any concerns, and delivering high-quality services.
Uphold professional standards in hairstyling, following established procedures, guidelines, and sanitation practices.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and maintaining detailed client records to track preferences, services, and outcomes.
Recommend and educate clients about suitable haircare and styling products for their specific needs.
Stay informed about industry trends, attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Hairstylist with a diverse portfolio showcasing various haircuts, styles, and color techniques.
Valid state cosmetology license or certification.
Proficient in a wide range of hairstyling techniques, including cutting, coloring, blow-drying, and styling.
Knowledgeable about different hair types, textures, and products to recommend appropriate treatments and care routines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and understand their preferences and expectations.
Up-to-date with current trends in hair fashion, techniques, and industry developments.
Attention to detail and creativity to deliver precise and visually appealing hairstyles.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per salon scheduling requirements.
