Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, growth-minded Entry-Level Hair Stylist who thrives in a team-oriented, high-end salon environment. Our in-house mentorship program ensures that you will develop both technical and business skills, giving you the foundation for a long-term career in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide professional hair services, including cutting, coloring, shampooing, and styling.
✅ Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend styles or treatments.
✅ Stay informed on current trends and techniques to offer modern and classic looks.
✅ Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all salon sanitation protocols.
✅ Build strong client relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
✅ Adhere to all state safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
Active cosmetology license (required).
A passion for hairstyling as a career, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly.
Excellent communication skills and a focus on client experience.
Physical stamina to perform services while standing for extended periods.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $16/hour (with training-based increases)
