Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, grooming services, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Your expertise in various styling techniques, along with your ability to communicate effectively with customers, will contribute to an outstanding salon experience.
Duties
Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
Provide nail care services as needed, ensuring hygiene and customer satisfaction.
Assist clients with hair extensions and makeup application when requested.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing payments.
Demonstrate knowledge of retail math to assist in product sales and inventory management.
Foster a positive environment by effectively communicating with clients about their needs and preferences.
Experience
Proven experience in barbering or a related field is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with nail care techniques is a plus.
Experience using salon software is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $174.68 – $201.88 per day
