We are currently seeking a highlyskilled Hair Stylist to
join our team
of experts dedicated toproviding hair services to our valuedclients.
As a Hair Stylist your rolewill encompass a wide range of hair care and styling servicesincluding but not limited to:
Perform any type of hair styling as per clientrequest Proficiency in all haircut styles from classic tomodern Proficiency in hair coloring techniques of varyingcomplexities from singleprocess color to advanced highlightsbalayage and airtouch.
Ability to
diagnose and provide treatment for hairconcerns including the use of specialized equipment whennecessary. Perform scalp massages to promote relaxation and hairhealth. Proficiency in hair extensions to cater to clientsdesiring length and volumeenhancements. Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standardsin your work area guaranteeing a safe environment for clients andcolleagues. Keeping your station organized and professionalcontributing to the salons invitingatmosphere. Adapting your services to meet individual client needs andpreferences ensuring a unique and enjoyable experience for eachclient.
Stayingupdated on the latest trends products and techniques in the haircare industry providing expert advice and recommendations toclients. Participating in required training sessions to improveyour skills continually as mandated by salonmanagement. Prioritize
customer satisfaction
by actively listening toclient requests addressing concerns and ensuring a positive andmemorable visit. Be able to process cashiering duty asrequired. Fulfill any other related duties as required by themanagement team to support the overall success of oursalon.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of professional workexperience as a Hair Technician in a salon or spasetting. Highschool diploma or equivalent. Possession of Hair Master certificatesdemonstrating
advanced training
and expertise in hair careservices. Intermediate proficiency in the English language tocommunicate with clients effectively and teammembers. Capability to complete hair services within reasonabletimeframes while maintaining highqualitystandards.
