Duties
Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
Stay updated on current trends in hair care, styling techniques, and products.
Perform hair treatments such as deep conditioning and hair extensions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and tools.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon.
Skills
Proficient in barbering techniques and color theory to deliver high-quality results.
Experience with hair extensions application and maintenance.
Strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients and ensure satisfaction.
Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a positive client relationship
Leadership qualities for mentoring team members or managing store operations.
