Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber/Stylist to join our team in Boca Raton. As a Barber/Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for barbering to showcase their skills and creativity.
Responsibilities:
– Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients
– Perform various barbering techniques, including fades, shaves, and beard trims
– Offer hair coloring using color theory knowledge
– Utilize retail math skills to recommend and sell hair care products to clients
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and salon area
– Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and excellent customer service
– Collaborate with the front desk staff to schedule appointments and manage client bookings
Skills:
– Strong knowledge and experience in hair styling, barbering, and cosmetology techniques
– Proficiency in performing straight razor shaves and beard trims
– Excellent understanding of color theory for hair coloring services
– Knowledge of retail math principles to recommend and sell hair care products
– Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
