Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Perform additional beauty services such as, hair extensions, hair threading.
Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management.
Mentor junior stylists and assist with training new team members to enhance their skills.
Maintain a clean and organized work station to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.
Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized consultations and follow-up care.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques to offer innovative services.
Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting clients and managing appointments.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license required.
Proven experience in hair styling with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in various hair techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling.
Experience with eyelash extensions, hair extensions, makeup application, and hair threading is highly desirable.
Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
