Hair Braider Responsibilities
Perform various hair braiding styles and techniques, including but not limited to box braids, cornrows, twists, locs, and intricate designs, tailored to individual client preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering professional hair care and styling advice.
Manage front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
Stay updated on current trends in hair braiding and related beauty services to continuously enhance your skills.
Collaborate with other Hair Braiders and team members to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Hair Braider Qualifications
Proven experience in hair braiding, with a portfolio showcasing your work and versatility in braiding techniques.
Knowledge of color theory is preferred to assist clients with color-related inquiries.
Certification in cosmetology is a plus but not required; willingness to learn and grow in your craft is essential.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.

Pay: $981.00 – $1,200.00 per week
