Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hairstylists to join our team RENTING a chair starting rate at $250/weekly. The ideal candidate should be passionate about their craft and dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. Candidate must be licensed. Responsibilities:
– Perform a variety of styles suitable for clients and services including hair cutting, shaving, and beard trimming
– Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools, workstations, and common areas
– Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and products
– Manage appointments and walk-in clients efficiently
– Upsell retail products related to grooming and hair care
Skills:
– Knowledge of cosmetology and barbering techniques
– Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
– Experience with retail sales and retail math
– Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar salon management software is a plus
– Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and client flow
– Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
