Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling and possess a range of skills including Haircuting techniques, barbering, hair extensions, and color theory.
Duties:
– Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients based on their needs and preferences
– Perform haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments with precision and creativity
– Offer expertise in Hair color, barbering, hair extensions, more
– Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend suitable products
– Upsell salon services and retail products to enhance the client experience
– Maintain a clean and organized work station following sanitization protocols
Experience:
– Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with proficiency in various hair services
– Strong knowledge of color theory, hair cutting techniques, and styling trends
– Ability to perform barbering services and apply hair extensions with precision
– Experience in retail sales and understanding of retail math for product recommendations
– Familiarity with salon software for appointment booking and client management
