Responsibilities:
– Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, perms and styling. (Haircut is a must since most of our clientele will be coming in for a haircut service)
– Assist clients with retail sales of hair care products
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
– Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
– Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in hair styling and beauty industry
Skills:
– Strong knowledge of color theory and ability to create customized hair colors for clients
– Proficiency in hair styling techniques (Our salon only requires skills for blowouts since we do not offer up-dos and braiding)
– Strong retail sales skills to promote and sell hair care products to clients
– Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients
