Job Summary
Now hiring renters and commission stylists. We are seeking talented and passionate Hair Stylists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cosmetology and a flair for creativity, providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while promoting salon services and products.
Duties
Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and hair extensions.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost retail sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon atmosphere.
Experience
Valid cosmetology license required; barbering experience is a plus.
Previous experience in a salon environment preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with retail math to assist in inventory management and sales tracking.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Experience in hair extensions application is desirable but not essential.
