Are you a talented new or seasoned hair stylitst looking for a full book of clients without having to constantly market yourself, maintain inventory, pay rent and all the taxes? Do you love doing all kinds of cuts and colors, blowouts, extensions, brazilian blowouts, and waxing?
Transformations Salon & Spa specializes in Goldwell and Pulp Riot color lines for high quality natural colors, balayage and fun fashion looks. We also feature Goldwell and KMS retail products. We can even help you level up your skills with our free in-salon education and certifications in Hotheads Extensions and Brazilian Blowouts.
We have a fully staffed reception support team. You don’t have to worry about anything except rocking your clients world!
We have an established client base and average 200+ new clients a month who want the latest trends in haircuts, colors, treatments and extensions. We’re looking for two special teammates who brings positivity and joy to the day. Indiana Cosmetology license required.
We are also looking for NEW talent! If you are a newly licensed stylist and would like to go through our apprenticeship, please apply!
What We Offer
Competitive starting commission rate – Hourly or commission compensation offered. We offer hourly or commission, whichever is highest and to your benefit. This is great especially for new stylists while you are building a clientele. The minimum you will make as an apprentice is $12/hour and 43% commission. Experienced stylists will be eligible for more. You also get your tips.
Apprentice Program – hands on training by master stylist for new stylists. We have an accelerated program which only takes 3 months to complete. That means you’ll be on the floor making money faster and more confidently.
Our cancellation policy deters no-shows.
Spacious styling and color/chemical service rooms
Fully staffed support team to assist with serving your clients and the service providers needs (hospitality, rebooking, cleanup, laundry, etc.)
Products supplied by salon
Continuing education incentives + free monthly education in house
All stylists can earn a retail bonus which can be used for paid vacations and time off
Established client base
Employees receive a 40% discount on retail products and 20-50% discount on services.
