Overview:
Shear Excellence is a family owned and operated upscale men’s hair salon. We opened 10 years ago in our flagship location in Dilworth. We have expanded to include locations in Ballantyne, Southpark, and Huntersville. We specialize in precision men’s haircuts as well as offer beard facials, traditional straight razor shaves, beard trims and more.
Job Summary:
Join a fun and talented team in an upscale salon. We are looking for stylist’s that are able to provide precision haircuts. When you are ready we provide training on all other services we offer. You will have a full clientele from day 1! Join a stable and successful workplace.
Education and Experience:
-Valid NC cosmetology license
-At least 1 year (out of school) experience in men’s haircutting

Compensation:
-$60,000 and up
